In Nijega, Friesland, livestock farmer Johannes van der Velde runs a dairy farm with about 200 cows together with his father. They also have about 100 cows in Sumar. Since eight years, they have a new barn, with most of their produce being from Royal de Boer.

In addition, Johannes and his father have also made their barn available as a testing location for Royal de Boer. So our product engineer Sake regularly comes over to test and optimise their latest products. We asked Johannes about his experiences.
